What we collect

When you send a project enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, budget range and brief. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal or quote. We do not sell them or add you to a marketing list.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to the Roar Activations team by email. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any project that follows.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email keagan@roarengineering.co.za and we will sort it out.
